The problem is, he thinks that 'working hard' is the answer.
Work ethic is only one small piece of the solution.
We need:
To work SMARTER. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

To establish a genuine leader on the pitch and in the dressing room
To find one or maybe two free agents to add genuine pace
To risk adding one or two youngsters to an ailing, languid and under-performing squad. Drop Noone, Ralls, Zahore - bring in
... Bird? Kennedy? I'm sure there are plenty of our youngsters who could do a better job at the moment!
