Tan is the idiot. He is also the main problem.
Trollope is just not good enough as a manager, simple as that. No doubt it's time for a change but it won't solve anything because Tan will just appoint another yes-man and not somebody like Warnock, Pulis or Bellamy with a bit of personality who would stand up to Tan and may actually get us somewhere.
