4 times gone in at the break 0-0 and then crumbled

I cannot recall one decent effort on goal in the 2nd half of the 4 games we have lost at home.

Not one goal scored in the 2nd half at home.

Not one goal scored by a City player at home in either half.

The away teams must know all they have to do is keep it at 0-0 at the break and then step it up, score and then coast to victory.

Bristol City and Sheff Wed must be gagging to get down here; 3,4-0 score lines are likely.

Where are City going to get the 40 odd points they need to stay up from?

Yes they lost lambert (and have no Pilkington) but that should be no excuse for the whole team just deflating when he went off.

How many times did Morrison, Connelly or Whittingham get the ball and look up and see not one person making a run, so he had to pass it back to Richards or whoever who then passed it back and the ball then just was lumped forward aimlessly.

Even if Zahore (what a joke footballer) had won the ball with his back 40 yards from goal, who was there in support?

How have Ralls, Immers and Noone got to be so poor this season?

The players looked jaded (I thought there was a top fitness man brought in?) and lacked any real drive and zest.

The underlying problem is patent - the club has lost its football identity, heart and soul; there are no football people at the club (what does Lawrence actually do - is is he still there?), the pre season squad additions were terrible.

Mr Tan has to make a decision soon - get a new manager and pump money into the squad in January or come clean and say he is not putting any additional money into this club and it will be run on a shoestring.

Either way relegation now looks odds on. Trollop has not got the gravitas and steel to get these players up for it.

Desperate times.
