I'll tell you the logical explanation. The board appointmented a woefully under qualified and unproven manager at this level, who frankly even as a supposed ' top' coach has had little to no impact on improving the performances of a single player in this squad in the entire time he's been here.

We'all add it to the list of things Tan's responsible for but we have no evidence to back up.

I do agree with you, he's not picking the team.

Perhaps he should take a back seat on the scouting of players though, he's on the transfer committee so we should assume Tan is evaluating players and they're mostly shite. Perhaps the Zohore signing could be a catalyst for change as if the penny doesn't drop, it never will

I'm not putting blame on Tan as such but if he's picking/influencing selection it's no wonder we are where we are. I never said anything about evidence as I'm not preparing a court case pmsl I'm posting a thread on a football forum.

I think it truly wonderful of Tan to give us 12 million a year, he's doing a great job of supplementing the club. If it was run properly he wouldn't need to put in so much.
