' SHOCKING IF THIS IS TRUE? '
According to Radio Wales they are claiming that Rickie Lambert pulled up in the warm up before tonights match with Derby County and Paul Trollope still started Lambert, who then went off injured in the 12th minute

Did Rickie Lambert ask to still play?

Jason Perry said it, if true they should never of started his. apparently zahore was warming up when players were in the changing room before the match

Then its a shocking decision by Paul Trollope

Shows bad management and desperation.

Total clown of a manager. No faith in him and he won't try and go for the result tonight, expect him to bring on Harris when we are losing. Put your mortgage on another second half defeat. 0v2.

Let's wait and see before we point fingers. Gutted. Zahore is not a football player.

Trollope is under pressure and Lambert is his best bet of winning games I can see why he did it hopefully it doesn't unravel in the rest of the game.

Agree, he was limping during the warm up..

And now he will be tempted to bring Pilks back too quick

YES I can see that happening.

I saw Lambert pull up during the warm up and he went down the tunnel a long time before the others and I pointed it out to my mate and I was really surprised when he came back out for the start of match

Bit like Bothroyd in the Play Off Final.

Shocking & shit again .. Trollop has to go ... BUT who wants to come to this terrible run club now.. All I can see is this

and it's getting Deeper & Deeper and harder to get out off, we have no fight, cannot pass a ball 10 yards
Not sure what the attendance was.... Looked well low

If there is one reason why our manager has to go, this is it!
Tue Sep 27, 2016 9:44 pm
Trollope
Tue Sep 27, 2016 9:44 pm

I didn't see the warm up, didn't really notice when we started but of this is right then sums up everything

If Lambert said he was up for it then can you really blame Trollope? Had he dropped him and we'd lost then it came out that Lambert had felt he could have started then Trollope would get ripped to shreds for that too.

Didn't notice anything during the warm-up, or during the early stages of the game, but Lambert indicated to the bench after about twelve minutes, and that was that!
Tue Sep 27, 2016 11:26 pm
One thing it did show - no way is Zohore a Championship grade player!

Ryan, I understand where you're coming from but if Paul Trollope played Ricky Lambert knowing he was carrying an injury then he deserves all the criticism that he's going to get on that subject!
Sadly, we have NO replacement for a missing Lambert, as shown by Zahore's performance and those of Fred in the games in which he has played

Deafening silence from Tan... Contrasts wildly with his disgusting treatment of Malky after we'd just beaten Champions Man City

not the first time we've seen this, a certain wembley play-off springs to mind!

Surely the biggest mistake is that we spent all summer trying to get Lambert who is 34 and unlikely going to be able to play every game in a physically demanding league.
Trollope was there all last season he should of had a clear idea of what's needed.
Maybe he was to focused on Wales but as soon as the curtain closed on last season he should have been banging on Tans door with the list and at the top should have been
1. Striker with pace
2. Striker with pace
3. Lambert
Don't even bother with the rest until we can get these in the club.
A typical example we've signed Huws to sit on the bench because we already had 8 cm and then were playing Manga up top... Its so bad you couldn't make it up!!!
