Team Spirit

Paul Trollope has stated on several occasions that the spirit in the team/squad is good however results do not support that observation.

You look at the top 6 and it could be argued that four of the teams are 'unfancied teams' with weaker squads than Cardiff. However they are clearly showing true team spirit and all are playing with confidence and scoring goals playing attacking attractive football. Huddersfield are already 14 points ahead of us after 8 games, Barnsley & Birmingham 10 points ahead and Brentford 9 points ahead. I suggest that these are the teams displaying team spirit.

Whether it be confidence, formation or whatever the players need to step up to the plate & produce the performances that they are capable of. Clearly they are currently underperforming. When Paul Trollope comments upon team spirit that spirit is normally carried onto the pitch. Have we seen that this season? I suggest not.
