Pace in the team?

I know my memory is starting to go due to my age but I am sure that towards the end of the season the club (Choo or Tan I think) made the statement they wanted to inject pace into the team. They wanted to sign players that were quick.
Did I dream it????

It changes weekly based on the latest "rags to riches" football club stories Tan gets read by his mother every night.

Don't think I heard them saying that but that's what we need massively.
