Yep. I think we've reached that point. I think he'd be the man to take us on. We need something of a maverick manager for the players to wake up and play with some freedom. The players don't attack or defend with anywhere near enough aggression.

How often do we see our winger drive past a man and bang a shot? It's so rare.

I loved what he did with Blackpool with Ince and Phillips terrorising teams on the break. I think he could invigorate a few of the under-performers and put the boot into the others who just aren't up for it!

I reckon he just seems like the right fit at the moment...
