Norwich have been heavily backed over the years by long term owners who are local people and have always had the best interests of the club at heart.
Blackpool is probably a fair shout but it's hardly a regular occurrence is it?

Norwich and Bournemouth had league 1 players and went up and didn't we pay half of Kenwynnes wages at Bournemouth?

Norwich and Bournemouth are not in that list at all. Bournemouth spent a considerable amount of money in their promotion season and Norwich have always been well backed. Blackpool and Burnley I would agree with though.
