We seen a non reactive manager who will sit/stand watching a complete different game to most of us in the stands and leave it until the game is over to throw subs on.
We were 22nd and lost 2 home games out of 3 going into this scoring 2 goals which were both own goals and he made one sub in 80 minutes of the game when we was 1-0 down at home when we needed something from this game, I am sorry but you have to be very very stupid to think making 1 sub in 80 minutes when we are already in the mix of a relegation battle and teams around us are picking up points, these guys get paid grands a week to blind themselves by complete obvious choices to make in a game.
I am sorry but when you go 1-0 down at home facing a 4th defeat in a row and make 1 sub in 80 minutes you are a clueless tit. If you really cared and wanted something from this game today Trollope you would have thrown 3 subs before the 75th minute, then he had the audacity to bring on Immers in the last 2/3 minutes, was that an actual change he thought was gonna change the game?
I know its early and Trollope hasn't had real funds but he has a group of players to motivate, we clapped off the team when we lost 2-0 v Hull because of the great effort we put in.. the supporters here are still getting use to the reality of where the club is on and off the field.. today we still turned up before the game started and when it kicked off in positive spirit despite all the defeats and performances we put in because we will always get behind the club no matter what.
The simple thing is I lose my patience when he can't even get the simple things and basic things right like the subs today.
On top of that how is Ralls getting in the team week in week out, he really does hold back in terms of attacking especially in home games, side way passes, weak in tackles.. I see potential in him but he has been very poor this season, am I seeing something different because the games I been to he has been very underwhelming.
I really don't know what the decision making is with our managers but Noone is always on the right wing when he cuts in on his left? Surely he himself or managers knows he could be one hell of a different player on the opposite wing.
Shout to Lambert, Whittingham, Gunnarsson and Harris who actually put in an effort for me and gave a lot in the game.

Agree, couldn't understand subs, nooney I wouldn't even have him in squad. Fans stayed with the team most of the game because as you say we are slowly realising the situation so expectation levels have changed. Ralls should be dropped, offers nothing end of last season and this season ( comfort zone )

Ralls was always rated by fans because he was brought through the DVP, so supporters kind of treated him like our own.. same with players who actually come through the system and also Welsh players.. the supporters will never slate them because they are Welsh or brought through the system.
Players like Ralls and Jazz will escape a lot of criticism because of the routes.
Noone for me could be more key for us if they put him on the opposite wing so he can get down the by line, I don't rate him highly but the wing he is on is the wrong one.

Slade always played Noone on the right - I can't understand why managers want a player to check on his natural foot when getting to the by line and getting a cross in. It's always more difficult for a defender to defend a cross facing his own goal.

Spot on.

Thought Noone was poor against Leeds and have thought that in several recent games. Too predictable and too wild with his efforts at goal
Also thought Ralls was not one of the better players out there (again) and was at full fault for ta first half 'giveaway' that needed a pretty smart save from the excellent Ben Amos in City's goal

I think Ralls peaked too early! Has never really reached the levels he should have this season. Very slow in possession and drops the tempo. weak in the tackle and gives the ball away far too often! We need to be moving the ball much quicker and this won't happen with Ralls. He should be dropped!

I have posted this point about three times yesterday and it is doing my head in with both Slade and Trollope. If all the crowd can see it why can't the managers. by the time he cuts back onto his left foot the defenders have regrouped.
When Noone first came into side under Malky he played on left and was probably at his best. Then scored that great goal vs man city on right and seems to be there all the time now.
What capped it off yesterday was he brings Kadeem on who is right footed and who I have seen skip down the right and deliver decent balls e.g. bolton last season and shoves him on the left so he has exactly the same problem as Noone. Surely he isnt helping either player.
I assumed last year that it was a defensive thing with Noone as he would be supported by Peltier on the right and with Malone attacking on left and Whitts on his side for majority it made the lop sided 4-4-2 thing work. But why replicated it this season I dont know

Nooone no longer has the pace to go outside his man if he plays on the left. He would be easily marked by the full back. Mind you, he so ineffective at the moment that it may be worth a try.
