I don't even think a new manager will help

Sat Sep 17, 2016 1:33 pm

I think this is the season it'll come home to roost for Tan. The fact with football these days is you have to invest to get success, very few teams do it the other way. This team is going down, especially with this manager. I don't even think a new manager will help, there's no pace in the team, my god Lambert looks his age. We create nothing from open play and Whitt's set pieces are getting worse. Gunner looks really slow, this can be seen by how many times he tackles with the wrong foot. Noone hasn't beaten a man for two years. Never liked Pilkington, no pace, not a striker, did he and Ralls even play today?

How many points do we need to stay up?

At the moment this is

Trollope

Crowd

The board need to act fast, the only thing they can change until Jan is the manager... WARNOCK!!!!

Think it's three years since nooney beat a man but most of your post is spot on, pilks is decent enough just in a poor team. Midfield needs a total change. Huws okeefe immers.

I think a new manager would help.

The squad is weaker than last season without doubt but the nucleus of the team is the same and should easily be good enough to stay up.

How many times do you see how a change of manager can galvanize a team and give them a lift.

We had no pace last season yet got to the verge of the play-offs.

Look at what Warnock did at Rotherham last season. I'd love to see him here kicking the arses of some of our players.
