If we fail to beat Leeds

Trollope has to go

We are in free fall - We have time on our side to rebuild with someone who knows the championship

We are not Wales - We are Cardiff city and we have to find someone who can get the best out of the current squad - Sadly I don't think Trollope can

Very rarely does a manager come back from such a poor start.
Confidence must be shot,at least last season we rarely looked like conceding more than 1 goal.
The trouble is,who would work with Tan,the rest are just his mouthpiece.
Surely he must see how wrong he has got it,there again when did he last witness a game at the stadium.

In order to beat Leed, PT is going to have to do a lot of things differently, & i don't think he's up to that. He's simply not competent, or experienced at Champion ship standards, not by a long shot. If he was, then he would have managed in this division years ago.

so are you saying if we beat leeds he has to stay
or would he then have to go if we lose to rotherham in the game after
and so on and so on
the next game win or lose makes no difference, he is either good enough or not good enough now

What amused me were the fans on this forum thinking because we had a new manager, were using a new formation and signed a player at the end of his career who hardly scores any more, suddenly we were serious play off contenders, even automatic promotion was a possibility.
The problem there was that our squad is weaker than last season, we don't have the players to use the new formation, the manager was sacked by Bristol Rovers, and it was obvious with the current group of players we were going to finish far lower than last season.
If Trollope is sacked he will only be replaced by another cheap manger from the lower divisions. Tan has made it clear, there is no money available so we may and get used to it. This club is going nowhere anytime soon, and the small group on here who hang on every word that comes from those in charge will know exactly what the word "spin" stands for before too long.

I agree.
I also think getting rid of Trollope now would not be the answer unless a load of money is made available for a top manager which won't happen.
But if you're talking about negativity then you've answered the King of the forum.

Well said Steve. Moocow is always first on the sack the manager bandwagon. At least he's consistent I suppose.

If we fail to beat Leeds, let's all turn on the manager and the team, demand Vincent Tan leaves and try our best to create as toxic an atmosphere as possible around the club. Or we could just show our support of what the manager is trying to do, get behind the team and show a bit of patience. We can show our class through our support. We always used to.
