Simply Not Good Enough

Wed Sep 14, 2016 3:35 pm

Am often referred to as Mr Positive, and with the amount of games played people do tend to over react be it good or bad. I said after the qpr game worst City team I have seen in over a decade and I stick by that. With the transfer door firmly shut, let's not kid ourselves we are in a right mess.

Am all for selling and balancing but Marshall and Moore?!?? That decision could be catastrophic, While Moore is no Marshall ( nobody is) he was more than adequate with league experience and championship experience and would have been a great replacement. No dig at Wilson but he's been thrown under the bus.

People are obsessed with formations these days, while they influence lots of games and do have an effect when using the personal an old coach of mine would always say it's down to the 11 on the pitch and I couldn't agree more. The players we have are simply not good enough, that's quite simply it and without much pace we can't frighten sides either.

Where we go from here am not sure but something drastic must change in the next 2 games, confidence is low and I don't think we have the players for a fight.

Relagation battles are entertaining until your relegated, we are now paying the price for the ridiculous spending in previous years. It's caught up with us, enjoy the ride. :bluescarf: :bluebird:

Exactly what I've been saying, our players just arnt good enough.

Too many of them are either over rated, under experienced or over the hill.
