Slade and Trollope

Very frustrating results and the way we are conceding some goals.. but one thing I remember is Trollope saying he weren't afraid to change the formation if it weren't working but just another manager who fills you in with this optimism that you think we finally have a manager who will change their style.

For me Slade and Trollope are very similar both have a style and will stick to it even when we are on a bad run because they are too scared because they will think that the supporters will say they was wrong with the style and formation they tried to implement.

One thing I will give Slade a lot of credit was he was realistic and saw that we did have quite an average team and his first thing he done was made us to break down and score against, then you focus on the attacking side afterwards.

Trollope needs to realise that we ain't a promotion chasing side and build on defence first.

It is frustrating, I am trying to not lose my cool with City but I do hope that maybe Whittingham will slot back in and O'Keefe and Bennett will come into the team along with Amos/Murphy also.

I just hope Trollope can maybe try a different formation to actually give us a chance in a game.

Well the other formation that would benefit and Trollope uses is 433 he should give that a try.
