Cardiff owner Vincent Tan set to start Craig Bellamy on managerial road with Under-18s role

Craig Bellamy has been offered the chance to take his first steps in management at Cardiff City with their U18's, Bellamy is now considering his options as he plots a managerial career.
Former Wales captain Bellamy retired in 2014 after 91 appearances over two spells at hometown team Cardiff, including helping them to promotion into the Premier League — their first spell in the top flight since the 1960s.
The 37-year-old former Liverpool, Manchester City and Newcastle frontman has since got his Pro Licence coaching qualification and has been helping Championship Bluebirds' youngsters on an ad-hoc basis across various age groups.
The U18 management role has now been dangled in front of Bellamy as the club, owned by billionaire Vincent Tan, try tempt their popular ex-striker to rejoin officially.
Bellamy has previously claimed he declined the chance to manage Cardiff’s first team when they struggling in the top flight two years ago under his pal Malky Mackay.
But he is now considering his options as he plots a managerial career.
He has stated he would like to eventually boss Wales, after winning 78 caps for his homeland.
