After a thumping like that against a low team I am deeply concerned for us, if we continue like that there will be no battle we will be relegated easy. My concern is not just Trollop its the way the club is being run as no decent manager will work under Tan or Dalman & choo.

No way after just 7 games. Would'nt have appointed him in the first place, but now he is in the hot seat, he has to be given an opportunity.

I would give him a little more time. If he changes the formation we could end up being a strong force but if he continues to play this formation he definitely needs to go

I feel bad for the guy, club sell his #1 & #2, has virtually no budget to speak of and a committee still dictates transfers. The running of the club is a shambles from top to bottom

To early to say but what worries me is that he's had a lot of time with the squad and board plus a decent preseason to get the best out of them. Agree with the comments on selling our best players so have some sympathy but something needs to change soon.

Should have kept Slade in my opinion. The pressure he was under with turmoil at the club and we fall just short of play offs.

I voted yes, that's how the game works as a football supporter. It's up to the club to remain strong if they know something about the set-up unknown to the common fan

Not sure about pre season I think he was with Wales to long when he was announced as Cardiff manager I think he should of left the Wales job and come straight away to start training with the players , he was still out with Wales for 3 weeks while the players were training in Cardiff

Another poor result but we cannot (as fans or as a club) continue to rip ourselves apart with knee-jerk reactions after every defeat

Most of us agree that the club are starting to put things right off the field and that Paul Trollope has been dealt a tough hand (albeit with his consent by taking the job) for this season and maybe beyond, so give him a chance to settle the side and find the balace that will see us climb the table

Surely, no one seriously believes we ate going to put in a serious challenge this season, so let's just cut the guy and his team some slack and see what develops in the coming months

Personally, I don't see us being down there for too long and it won't help with threads like this so early onto what we knew would be a tough season!

That's a good point. I think my main concern is about his huge amount of time with the squad with RS. You'd think that he would have had observed what was needed to get the best out of them by now as its been a long time. Its relatively early doors but I have real concerns as we do have a strong squad but again, we are not seeing them perform and that's what an effective manager does.

You're right changing managers every few months is not the answer ask Leeds!

Sat in a service station eating an overpriced meal and coffee,horrendous drive up and not too clever back either and have work at 8am in Devon.
