For me this starting eleven and formation could potentially push for play offs if Immers and Lambert find some form. Harris and John will provide the pace, weak link is the GK position. Still good enough imo..

IMO the weak link in that team is Richards ,personally I would change him for peltier in a flat back four ,and again personally I would swap whitts for keefe when fit or even huws
