Wales Tournament Tickets

The allocation of tournament tickets appears to have been somewhat of a disaster by the FAW. My wife and i have had tournament tickets since they started doing them, however, due to unforeseen circumstances i was only eligible for 1 ticket. My brother who was not eligible until stage 3 and his wife stage 4 still managed to purchase 2 tickets during stage 1. I understood that the FAW were going to refund those people and reallocate but this did not happen and my brother received his tickets for the game on Monday. I could have got the wife a ticket later but she would then be sat elsewhere in the stadium which is ridiculous.
