It makes sense doesn't it. Signing Lambert by 6pm meant fans would be building up for another signing.

oh yes Adam, that's a good correction. HRK was signed late on by WBA, I think past 9pm

If you read the story, they'd taken the photos provisionally and done all the work, they were just waiting on wba to push the button.

Not quite sure why we signed him on a 2 year deal though, we're going to be in the premier league next year aren't we? One year would have been enough IMO
