What would you say or think?

CHED EVANS

Although this could be a controversial decision, Ched Evans has proved that his time away from football hasn’t affected him after netting four goals in four games for Chesterfield so far.

If he carries on his form, he will gain the respect back from supporters after receiving a large amount of criticism from fans in his first few games in League One.

Evans is Welsh born and bred, and could be a great goal source for Cardiff if he was given the chance.

Ain't his appeal coming up soon? ???,I think alot of clubs will be put of because of this,if he's successful in getting original decision overturned, then expect bigger clubs to be in for him

Wouldn't touch him until after his appeal.

Still think he's damaged goods either way but if he's found innocent I would say he's worth a punt.

Case will be thrown out, been told by very good sources in Chesterfield. Watched him V Swindon and he's still got it. Also been told other clubs sniffing around but allegedly he's signed an agreement to stay at CFC when case is dismissed.

They was the only Club that gave him a chance so in that sense he does owe them some loyalty. Other clubs backed down because of pressure of the media. So well done Chesterfield

Very good sources in Chesterfield? What the f**k do sources in Chesterfield know! :laughing5:

It will be upheld for sure. There is no way on this earth that someone who has acted so despicably will walk away with a few million in compo, because that will happen if it's thrown out! .....Sources in Chesterfield! I've never heard anything so f*cking ridiculous in all my life! :laughing6:

I was very quick to condemn Ched when the case was on and when he was found guilty, I was convinced he's a bad guy, end of chat.

BUT when further evidence came to light and it looked like the whole thing was in danger of being unsafe, I was one of the first to apologise for my remarks.

IF he is cleared, which could happen, I agree he would be a great asset to the club (assuming he does right by Chesterfield who have stood by him).

Let's see. :bluescarf:

Agree he owes them at least a season there , maybe few more goals and a decent transfer price next summer would be a thank you

It's not his appeal, his conviction was quashed based on the evidence submitted at HIS appeal. This is a real trial based on all the evidence, not his appeal for compensation

Ched Evans long awaited appeal is now happening, I believe he will win this. However I still can't get it through my mind why his girlfriend would stay with him knowing he left her to have sex with another woman.

People have affairs or 1 night stands and partners stay with them all the time, it's called trying to work at it to keep the family together. I'm sure she has given him some shit over it.

Perhaps it's because she loves him, is willing to give him another chance and wants to work it out.
Nothing unusual in that.

Each to they're own but for most women its in our DNA to forgive but NEVER forget!! Lets hope he wins the case - I believe Ched is stupid but not a rapist!
