Have you ever noticed when a team are a man down they play better football?
Have you ever thought that a player new to a club might have a point to prove?
Trollope has done well since he started here and has had a positive influence on the Welsh side hasn't he?
Players will now have a better chance of being picked so there could be a buzz in the lower ranks us there seems to be an aim of drafting in more Welsh talent.
It seems to me that we now have a much better long term sustainable strategy in place.
So many positives which are constantly overlooked in favour of staring at relegation, Its like Dads Army lately, were all doomed Mr Manering DOOMED!
Losing Marshal could be costly but if the defence pull together, our keepers do their job and we develop some teeth up front we might and I will say it quietly.
Actually be a stronger team
Who knows, with a bit of luck all this talk of writing off our current crop of players could actually be a positive.
If I was Trollope I would dispense with the team talk and stick some of these posts up on the dressing room wall!
Im not lily white in all of this and when I have looked at one or two signings and looked at players leaving I have thought the worst. I think if you look at the bigger picture though and what we still have, we can still do a job in this division.
Perhaps we wont make the playoffs this year but Trollope might actually be building something special here. Its not all about how much you spend surely OGS's exploits will tell you that! Just look at the shit that got us into. Trollope is doing his best to dig us out of a hole and all most can do is criticise.
If you point the finger remember you are pointing three back at yourself.
If the players and coaching staff have the same mentality as some of the posters on here all I can say is we are well and truly.
