Put aside all of the obvious finance issues, would you like to see balotelli in a city shirt? The man has obvious talent mixed in with a bit of personality issues! But surely he'd score at least 15 in this league? Which is exactly what were crying out for! Would his possible 'off field' issues counteract his onfield talent?
