If we were in ninian park

Thu Aug 18, 2016 3:37 pm

im not harping back about going back to ninian park but if we were still there then a crowd of let's say fifteen thousand would be quite acceptable.lets remmber that's what we where getting its just know because we are not playing well and other factorswhich are contributing to fans staying away .fiffteen thousands fans in a stadium like cardiff looks worse with more empty seats on show would we have got any more if we had one three on the bounce I'm not so sure .its early days yet but if City do go on a decent run which you do do in this league then things could change this league starts to get exciting around about March when the weather starts to get better and if you are in the play off positions then the crowds starting getting better . I hope we will be there ourselves around that time .one more point I would to make do you think the success of Wales is contributing to a lot of stay away bluebirds I know a lot of City fans are watching Wales away more quite a few from port talbot as well it will be interesting to see what crowd they pull in in a fortnights time

If you are referring to Wales moldova when I looked only half upper Ninian left, 99% of rest of ground full so imagine sell out by time tickets go on general sale .

Let's just hope they can keep there good form going as I'm sure if results don't go for them I'm sure the crowds will dip

We should never extended the ground to be honest.

There was absolutely no call for it and most people could see that. We were not selling out for some Prenier League Games and most games were available on GS right up untill KO including Man Utd.

You look at Stoke, they are only now thinking of extending after they have built up their fan base and established themselves, same as them down the road.

We have not helped ourselves tbh.

Agree wholeheartedly. There is nothing wrong with having a club that it's hard to get a ticket to watch. At 35k, there is never any rush to get a ticket, and that will include PL

Thing is I think it was worth the risk with the Welsh FA subbing most of it, but its deffo a sad sight at league games, I've sat up there and its a nice view
