Leeds United

Met a Leeds fan in Spain. Got chatting, I just happened to ask where was he from and who did he support, he said and I quote "I'm from Leeds, so you have to support Leeds" he reckons you would never ever see anybody walking around the City in anything but a Leeds shirt.
Pity all the Liverpool/Manure fans in South Wales don't feel the same about their local clubs :bluebird:

Don't think so. They have more pride in their team as opposed to glory hunting South Walians :bluebird:

Was in Leeds three weeks ago. Saw Man Utd/city, Liverpool and Arsenal shirts. And a kid in a Chelsea one in the white rose centre. Brave.
You wouldn't of seen any of that 5-10 yrs ago but thats modern football.

On a side note - (excluding at football grounds)why when you tend to see grown men in football shirts they always look like they've never kicked a ball in their lives. :?

Mostly (bigger Premier League clubs) it makes them feel better about themselves, as if they are important and part of something big and successful.
