You got to give it time for manager to instill his philosophy into the team it wont take overnight to do and if you keep you sacking managers every 5 minutes we are never going to progress like Leeds are finding out.

Or watford who have appointed well ,still changed managers and improved every time.

Yes that's because they appoint managers that fits their philosophy and they mostly play 352 and they brought in managers that favors that formation.
