QUESTION : WHAT ARE YOUR HOPES FOR THE SEASON ?

I was asked a question last week, ' What are your hopes for the season ?'

My answer was that my hopes are that we are in the top six, my expectation is mid table but there is a nagging doubt in my head that we could be in a relegation battle at some stage during the season.

From what I have witnessed in the three games so far nothing has changed my view but unless things improve in the goal scoring stakes then it could be a long arduous season ahead.

Finish about 18th... after watching us against brum I knew wed struggle unless we recruit

We are going to struggle in the bottom six. Trollope gone by Xmas, simply not good enough, along with half of the players.

I hope we are no worse than 21st and escape relegation. We have a cheap Tan option for a manager. Trollope was a coach here so costs the club nothing. We are a bargain basement club. We are closer to Newport County cash wise, than we are to Swansea City. We I am afraid are very firmly the second team of Wales now

To stay in the Championship. We are not going to have a sniff of the play offs this season, but I would hope that we can finish mid table, and possibly just about in the top twelve.

We will improve as the season goes on and finish top half at least.

I didn't go to Birmingham, but did go to Bristol Rovers and today. I have no 'hopes' for the season. At the moment, it's just to score a goal.

Between mid table and around the play offs. I hope that we will be bringing in another 2 or 3 players maybe a loan signing.
People need to be patient and support the manager whether it takes a season or two to rebuild a good squad thats not going to get us in to debt like previous mistakes.
2 league games in is not the time to start judging

My hopes for this season is that it goes really quickly and we don't get relegated then hire a proven manager like Steve Bruce, spend a bit of dosh and get back into the premier league as Swansea get relegated and Bristol City miss out on promotion.

To see our midfield provide service and a bit of desire going forward, not too much to hope for surely

I think we'll finish lower mid-table. 14th, 15th, 16th sort of area. But that's being positive after what I've seen so far.

My hope is that we find an owner who loves the club and would be willing to sensibly invest in our club,not asset strip as in my humble opinion Tan is doing,and finally could we actually find a quality manager who knows what they are doing at Championship level,that's my hope but unfortunately not my expectation

Reality middle of the Championship.

Should have been to reach top 6. Now it's just to reach 50 points.

Staying up is the absolute priority.

No way in a month of sundays can City even dream of top 6.
