Stuart O'Keefe has broken his arm and needs surgery.



CARDIFF CITY FIRST TEAM PLAYER SUSPECTED BROKEN ARM

Stuart O'Keefe had to come off the pitch last night against Bristol Rovers injured.

At this current moment its a suspected broken arm, later this morning we will know the extent of his injury.

Yeah, was Deffo broke. Was there last night and it looked floppy, probably be out for a good 6-10 weeks I'd say.

Yeah I was there last night and it was flopping around like a dying fish. As my lad said strap it up and get back on there :lol: guess it will take 6 weeks may be able to play with a support after 4

Your lad is not far off the money there. I remember in the days before substitutes, if you were injured they strapped you up and sent you back on on the wing.

I remember in the early 60s, Graham Vernacombe (goalie) being strapped in an arm sling and thrown back on. Today's players aint got a clue how lucky they are and they earn a tad more than £15 a week too.
