Extra sub in extra time?

I read a rule change stating a 4th sub can now be used in cup games that go to extra time. Is this rule not being used now then?

I'm not making excuses by the way. Their player probably wouldn't have scored if Stuart O'Keefe was still on the pitch to close him down, but we should have been good enough to win over 90 minutes.

On the positive side, hopefully Tan will finally realise the players he's bringing into our club like Zohore are nowhere near good enough and he will now allow Trollope to bring in a striker without any interference.
