"It’s the next game. We’re aware we’re going into four games in ten days, the television has condensed things. It’s not ideal but we’ll look at the squad and the players available and use them accordingly. This early in the season it’s about wins on the board and breeding confidence."


Trollope looks ahead to Bristol Rovers game

We’re fully fit, everyone came through the weekend well. A few have lacked minutes but they have had a hard few days ahead of a busy period. It’s a cracking cup tie, it’s a place I know well, a tough place with a good atmosphere, something of a local derby and a keen rivalry. They’re a good side, they’ve had two good years, Darrell’s done a good job and I’m pleased to see them bounce back. We’ll go there with a lot of respect for them and it will be a good challenge, but one we’re confident if we get to our level that we can go through.

Good on him and yes Chris I think we will sell over a 1,000 now

Only the second game in his tenure I can understand why he doesn't want to field a shadow side,still.nice to be going for it from the off this season.

im going with my partner and her grampy who is a Bristol City fan lol.. we are sitting with the rovers fans so If you see a pair of crutches clonking a chubby bloke in the home section as we go 4-0 up then spare a thought for me please fellow bluebirds lol I will still do the ayatollah tho lol

Bought 2 yesterday and ticket office said over 800 sold. Went in this morning for another one and lines were busy plus online they were being sold before the girl could reserve me one. Well over a 1000 and capacity crowd will be great atmosphere. Can't wait....bristol zoo before with kids too
