The EFL Cup second round draw will take play on Wednesday night on Sky Sports 1, following the conclusion of Luton Town v Aston Villa. Meaning Cardiff City will know their potential next opponents before they play at Bristol Rovers.
The Premier League sides will be seeded for this draw, as well as ten of the teams who qualify. All Premier League sides not in Europe enter at this stage.

I really hope that we take Thursday's game seriously, and treat the Gas with respect. A cup run will be good for everyone at the club.

Yeah like when we lost to Shrewsbury in the fa cup last season and we could have done with that cup run last season

although we did play a strongish side for that. That was the worst part about that.
