He should never play for Cardiff again.
Sat Aug 06, 2016 4:04 pm
He has to go.
Very disappointing.
Sat Aug 06, 2016 4:17 pm
He had a decent game.
Plenty of time to 'Do the Ayatollah'.
For me players should concentrate on the game whilst it's underway.
I'm sure a couple of the more experienced players will have a word.
If he chooses not to do it afterwards, then judge him on his play.

OTT the reaction is from this I hope the fans don't get on his back in the next game but hopefully he does the

so then everyone's happy.

There's already a thread regarding Jazz Richards on what he did or didn't do, why make another thread saying more or less the same thing?

I want to be loved if that means thread stealing then so be it.

He knows the score - by choosing NOT to do it he leaves himself wide open to criticism and abuse from City fans.
If he continues NOT to do

then his career will be very very short lived

Disgraceful behaviour by city fans in my opinion. Same fans would be shouting if he made a mistake through not concentrating. Get a life not doing the ayatolla is no big deal.

??? Get a life??? He knows the score buy into our Club or don't bother playing for us!!! Simple!!!

Everyone is entitled to an opinion; at present the underlining issue we have here at the moment is, he didn't do the Ayotollah as asked by the travelling fans.
Fair enough if he wanted to concentrate on the game, its only natural for any footballing professional and can be forgiven for that, regardless if a player has past Swansea connections, even though he came through our academy.
But he didn't even acknowledge the travelling fans and walked away after the full time whistle, even when fans asked him to do the ayatollah.
I work hard to buy my season ticket and pay for away games like any footballing fans.....and will fully support any player, even if he has a good game or a bad game as long as he wears the city shirt, respects the club and its fans.
The Ayatollah is not the issue here, its the total disrespect of the fans, the club and his team mates. Even Imners and Peltier asked him to do the ayatollah, because they have the respect of the club and its fans.

Sorry don't know what game you saw but he was very poor
Never once took a defender on in the whole game
Gave the ball away to easily nearly cost us a goal on one of his f..k ups

Totally agree

Richards did do the ayatollah today. At 3.33 pm. I checked my watch. Mike Morris (CCMB) says he also did one in the 2nd half.
He ignored (or didn't hear) about 6-7 calls for him to do it earlier - and Peltier and Immers both tried to get him to do it.
He hasn't helped himself - even if he was more concerned with the game than shouts from the stands - but let's kill the nonsense that he has refused to do the ayatollah.
He's a Cardiff City player not a 'Jack b*stard'.

Because he wanted to make a point and share an opinion that's the whole purpose of message boards.

bloody hell, unless the professionally outraged ones on this thread are 5 years, i suggest you grow up.

Hasn't it occurred to some that during a game a professional footballer is concentrating on his job, not listening to the crownd in case they may be directing one of thier chants at them. Put this together with the fact that this was his first competitive game for his new club and the that he may not even have known what we were asking him to do. For gods sake have a word with yourselves, this is properly pathetic.

Hasn't it occurred to some fans that Jazz was completely taking the piss and disrespecting our fans.
Sun Aug 07, 2016 8:12 am
Aslong as he does his job i dont care, hes a jack hes got an excuse not to do it.

Have to say I agree with 'norms76' and wonder why anyone (not just you) starts a second thread to one that is already in existence and getting lots of reaction
Far easier to debate each topic in one thread at a time

Grown men crying over this, a huge over reaction.. give him time.

Even Jose confirmed it
