What's the maximum CCFC will spend on a player

How much do you think we would spend at most on a new signing?
I reckon we would go to at least £250k maximum without a big transfer fee coming in to us.
As a club we are in a very bad financial situation. Only PL clubs and a few big championship clubs have the money
