Sky sources understand Norwich have a bid of £13m on the table for Ross McCormack.

However, it is understood Fulham want a fee in excess of that figure.

McCormack signed an extension to his contract earlier this year keeping him at the club until 2019 and Fulham are under no pressure to let him go for anything under their valuation.
