Leeds have agreed a deal to sign Spanish winger Pablo Hernandezfrom Qatari side Al-Arabi on a six-month loan.

The 31-year-old former Swansea man will officially be announced as a Leeds player on Tuesday morning, with a view to a permanent switch.

All I'll say is look at the job Eddie Howe is doing at Bournemouth. They're going into their second season in the Premier League and he's only 38 at the minute.
