Peter Rabbit coins on Ebay!

I just cant believe how daft some people are and how low people will sink to make a quick quid, honestly I think they are made for eachother!
In the frenzy of people trying to buy these new "rare" coins buyers and con artists alike are going to great lengths. I just witnessed somebody buy a hand painted Peter Rabbit coin on Ebay for £6.50.
These hand enamelled coins cost £55 to buy from the mint so why would you expect someone to let them go for such a tiny sum?
I messaged the seller to ask if they had painted the coins themselves of which they had many on offer and the reply was....

Not myself but they have been hand painted by someone I know
