There are over 190 countries in the world, according to the above you've visited 6 of them outside the UK. Including UK, you've been to about 4% of the countries on earth.

I'm no travel expert, but I've been to over 40 countries and lived in 4, and even I wouldn't say I've been all over the world, especially not to the degree where I am comfortable making offensive and rash statements about billions of people, collectively.
