You may say the Germans and French are unsuspecting victims of their own folly, they keep voting in socialist parties that support freedom of movement. Or they've been lied to like us over the last 20 years.

I hate it when people say this about genuine islamic attacks but this one actually didn't have anything to do with Islam. He was nuts and went on a rant about being on benefits.

Plus he was from Iran and was a Shia, they and ISIS hate eachother more than they hate the West.

He was born and raised in Germany to Iranian parents by the sounds of it. Hence the German-Iranian (or just Iranian if you read the Mail/Express).

He had a history of mental illness, and years of bullying drove him to it apparently.

There is no link between this massacre and the issue of refugees.

He was a very unstable loner and targeted children.

A search of his apartment found books such as "Why kids kill".

Perhaps, given the sensitivity of the situation and current worries, we should all be a little more responsible before jumping to conclusions.

This is the problem with having separate Forums for different events/topics. I was against it but I guess it was worth giving it a go, although the reading figures to date aren't that positive

They were bound to get mixed up and members would still have the choice to read or ignore; but there also appears to be a big number who simply don't deviate from the Main Forum (and I understand that fully)
