FAW Farce

So my brother who does not qualify for stage 1 but stage 2 has just bought 2 tournament tickets for himself and one for his wife who is stage 4. I am stage 2 but am not eligible to purchase yet. Ridiculous.

I think the criteria changed I was 'stage 4' but I got my seats that I have for cardiff

The FAW website was closed when they realised these errors and the tickets won't be honoured if you don't qualify for the cat 1 criteria. Rang the FAW today they said they will be checking all the criteria, and refunding.
