' Declan John is a key part of Trollope's plans '

As stated on here weeks ago :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Last night in Germany

It was refreshing to see such an enterprising performance from Declan John, as his manager pushed him time and time again to make runs towards the back post.

He made a series of excellent crosses from the byline and with just a bit more luck he could have had one or two more assists.

Immers and Gounongbe will enjoy attacking his deliveries and it bodes well for the season ahead.

It comes after the 21-year-old impressed on his first outing against Shrewsbury last week and his return will excite the Bluebirds faithful.

I have always thought DEclan was a good player once he gets past the half way line, but his defensive part of his game let's hi down, if he can improve that part of his game then he could be a good player.

Looking forward to seeing him and Fabio attacking the flanks.

Wing back is the only position I could imagine for him.
