Watt was effectively 'signed' by Russell Slade and was told "We'll be back in the summer"
I think Paul Trollope is having more input on new players than we have given him credit for to date, so I'm thinking he simply was no longer wanted

why didnt he come here? a quality player who carried the team for a period last season, and available on loan, too.
