James Wilson is set to join Fulham after he was omitted from Manchester United’s pre-season tour of China, according to The Sun.
Instead of bolstering Jose Mourinho’s attacking options at Old Trafford, the 20-year-old, who spent last season on loan at Brighton, will be shipped out on loan again, this time teaming up with Slavisa Jokanovic’s side.
Wilson played 45 minutes of United’s first pre-season friendly, Saturday’s 2-0 victory at Wigan.
However, with Anthony Martial, Wayne Rooney, Marcus Rashford and Zlatan Ibrahimovic at his disposal, Mourinho is happy to part with the England U21 international.
