Anyone seen him play? Played for Wales youth teams and playing quite a lot for Liverpool scored 2 in 2 during pre season.

Sounds an amazing talent. Still only 16 but hes been moved up to the u21 team this season, scored twice and had a few assists in the senior side for pre season. Is 16 too young to loan out though? Can anyone think of any other 16 year olds who have been loaned out in the past?
