Signed from Reading for a bargain fee of £1 million, Le Fondre failed to really settle in Wales and fell out with manager Russell Slade pretty quickly.

After being sent out on loan to first Bolton and then Wolves it seems like his time at Cardiff could be coming to an end, and possibly a return to Reading could even be on the cards.

The former Manchester United wonderkid arrived at The Cardiff City Stadium with much hype around his head, and Cardiff fans were hoping he could replicate the form from his early United days.

However, Macheda failed to really live up to his potential, and his scoring record in Wales has been far from impressive.

Top that off with a host of injuries and you can see why Paul Trollope would want to move him on this summer.

Cardiff fans were hoping that Scott Malone would develop into a key player at left back after joining from Millwall in 2015, but after a pretty average season playing back up to Fabio at left back, he has fallen out of favour with both the fans and manager Paul Trollope.

Fulham are reportedly looking at a deal to bring the former Bournemouth and Wolves full back to Craven Cottage, and it doesn’t look like anyone will stand in his way if he chooses to leave.
Wales defender Jazz Richards could join Cardiff City in a swap deal involving Bluebirds left-back Scott Malone moving to Fulham.

Richards, 25, was part of Wales' squad at Euro 2016, where he made one substitute appearance in the win against Slovakia.

He joined Fulham in January 2015 having made more than 50 appearances for Swansea City.

Malone, 25, joined Cardiff from Millwallin January 2015.

Hull City are planning a £6m bid for Cardiff City goalkeeper David Marshall?
Well that didn't take long, goalkeeper David Marshall is again being linked with a future away from Cardiff City.

Wales Online are one of many reporting that Scottish international Marshall could be a target for Hull City manager Steve Bruce who is now looking to replace their number 1, Allan McGregor, who has been recently sidelined for between the four to six month mark.

With it being said with all the speculation last season that Cardiff would only contemplate dealing on Marshall if a club came in with a bid of around £10million, they are again saying that is the valuation we have on the stopper and they suggest Hull are preparing a potential £6million bid.

So it should be a no go either way really.

There doesn't seem to be anything concrete in the rumours in terms of a source or anything like that, but Marshall speculation is now par for the course during transfer windows isn't it.
