Hull City 'a step closer' to Closing deal
Friday 15th July 2016
Hull City are edging ever closer to signing Wales striker Hal Robson-Kanu, according to reports in the North East.
Manager Steve Bruce has made no secret of his interest in the former Reading man after he enjoyed a stellar Euro 2016 and the Hull Daily Mail say the club have met with Robson-Kanu’s representatives.
The newly-promoted side are hoping that the lure of a long-term contract will be enough to fend off competition for the in-demand striker’s signature.

Personally I think he's a dud buy for ghee exception of his one outstanding goal that was outstanding I don't think he will survive and will be a bench boy

Agreed, but good luck to him. The more welsh players playing at the top level the better.

As long as he keeps putting in a great performance every time he plays for Wales I'm not bothered where he goes and who he plays for.

always puts in a shift for Wales...however has been very very ordinary for a poor championship team..hope I'm wrong but can't see him making an impact in the Premier league

I don't think I'd be that excited if we signed him. Can't see him doing much

Best of luck to him, he used the tournament as a stage to get himself out there and he got some clubs chasing.

Play out of your skin for a couple of hours and be set for life! What more motivation could you need? Ah yes your playing for your country. I cant see that motivation being as strong in the Prem and it may fizzle out altogether after hes warmed the bench a couple of times.
