Admire the guy's principles! 
He is a Liverpool FC supporter and believes one of News Corporation's publications did his fellow supporters up like Kippers with no regard for the truth and in such a vicious manner!
Nothing new there, mind. Despite the occasional genuine 'expose' that particular rag has built its clientele on the back of lies, half truths, sensationalism and of course Page 3
His last Tweet when announcing his decision read: #JFT96 and that said everything about his decision

A genuinely nice guy who I have a lot of time for
Has done a hell of lot for Pontypridd Town AFC and the Valencia trip when he got talksport listeners to go out and support the club was a hell of a laugh. His show was never trolling based like a lot of the nonsense on Talksport and was always fan driven.
Was supportive of the return to blue campaign and had a lot of time for Cardiff City and its goings ons
Obviously a man of principles in refusing to take Murdochs dollar.
He also likes Stiff Little Fingers so he's definitely alright by me

He gave a lot of airtime to Wales during the Euros unlike the other shows when it was all about England so I will miss his show

Couldn't stick the bloke soon as the Alan Brazil slot was over I used to give him ten minutes and then switch him off he total crap and annoying
