I don't think Tan intends to spend any additional money at all until he can get rid of the club.
He will continue to run the club on a day to day basis, using the last parachute payments towards the running costs.
He'll pay off the debt as soon as he can within financial fair play limits as he realises that the only chance of getting rid of the club is to make it debt free.
Until that time he will put no or very little extra money into the club by way of transfer fees or salary for a more experienced manager although he'll probably allow part of any money raised from player sales to be used for new players.
The main aim for the club until Tan can get rid of it will be to remain in the Championship and I can only see Tan actually putting any additional money in if there is a serious risk of us getting relegated.
All of which is fair enough although we will get the usual bollocks coming from the club telling us how they are serious about getting into the top 6 whilst really they are just closing their eyes and keeping their fingers crossed like the rest of us.
I may be totally wrong of course but that's the way I see it.

Football Fair Play rules - which we broke a year ago and led to the transfer embargo in January.
Next stepped reduction in parachute payments in 2016/17.
Still have players on very high wages for a Championship club (according to those ITK) and a big squad.
Tan still reacting to the MacKay/Moody spending spree - or at least his view of it.
No track record of development/youth players coming through to the first team squad in recent years - and club want to change that.
Experience of Wales where the team is more than the sum of its' parts - not an expensive collection of individuals.
It all adds up to a more cautious approach in the transfer market, reducing costs further, looking for bargains, recruiting from within, and relying on good coaching to improve players we already have rather than trying to buy 'names' to be successful.
I'm happy with that.

Well we have signed two players so guess we've spent something just on wages alone.
