The lads turned up for pre season today minus Gunners, Trollope has the balls locked in his boot of his car at the Vale, Marge has the nets in is and Ryland has the cones, so

Does anyone have a stop watch and whistle?

Come and train the group please until their return we don't want to get behind the mighty West Ham ( again)
