That's gonna make a fair size hole in the FAW profits when you multiply that by four(weeks)

Aren't these salaries paid by their clubs ? Do international players get a fee for playing for their countries anymore? and if so,how much do they get?

Believe the players will share one third of the total income the FAW make on the championship, someone has stated they have made £18m at the moment so the players share £6m at the moment

Don't know about Wales but all the fees the England players get all goes to charity and they don't get anything perhaps that's why they can't be bothered and play so badly

Umm! his contract expired on the 30th June

club players are paid based upon their club form and not internationals. though there is always a club that signs a dud based upon a few matches at a tournament - this year it seems its robson kanu's time to exploit that desperation.

players like rooney are an easy target but when he signed that contract that is what he was worth (look up his record). bale will sign a new deal soon on much bigger wages. wages are inflating year on year and this is the best time in history to be a premier league footballer.
