Two sons, two huge days for both of them . Its a horrible position for a parent to be in. Maybe one going to the wedding and one going to the footy would have been a compromise

Surely it is a family decision not ours or yours, so if the family are OK with it, what is the problem.
If my brother was into a semi final of a sporting contest, and I was getting married, you can bet your bottom dollar that I would agree to him representing his country in such a great event.
Seems however you would not, so why not

I have two sons and if one was getting married and one was playing for Wales in a semi final of the Euros, I'd be heading straight to the football for sure.

Some people on here are so judgemental, like they know the family... They may even have made the decision before the euros knowing the slight possibility. His brother is probably over the moon for him.
Calling them scum is a bit OTT. I think someone had a wedding that no one turned up to haha

yes I did go over the topmakes debates more livelier now and then. The story is in WOL, with pics, he's getting married in Cancun Mexico, which logistically is a bit of a daft place to have a wedding all things considered
