Celtic are prepared to trigger the £1m release clause in Chris Gunter's Reading contract as the Wales defender continues to impress at Euro 2016.

I think Gunter has had a great Euro campaign

After the performance of Gunter, and indeed all the 'Jack b*******' for Wales, I hope we as supporters can now stop chanting that at them every time they come to ours.

I completely get the rivalry, and anyone who knows me will tell you I spout it like the worst of us, but I just think it's time to move on for the Wales players - Gunter, Cotterill etc

The Wales international has impressed at Euro 2016, and Rodgers is reportedly prepared to trigger the £1m release clause in his Reading contract.

Pretty poor idea TBH

When they play for Wales they are on loan to us and we back them to the hilt when they go back to their clubs they are rivals and should generally abused in the normal football fashion.

Disgraceful IMHO but having witnessed Chris Gunter's antics previously (words and actions after leaving the Bluebirds) I can't say I'm shocked that he is simply a 'chip off the old block'
